We live in Central London, NW6, just off the Willesden Lane. Steve and his wife - the U C Em Facilities team visited our property following a rodent issue that we had, the latter being associated with recent extension works and - as we later discovered - related to old redundant waste pipes. The house was build in 1898. U C Em 's initial survey - followed up by a very detailed and comprehensive report - revealed three possible sources of entry into the substructure of the house by rodents. These three sources - none active waste pipes - that had direct access to the property's main waste pipe - could be sealed off using bespoke patches. U C Em Facilities came to the property on two successive days, following the initial inspection and report, to put in place these three patches. Again, a detailed completion report was provided - again with photos etc - concerning the works completed. At all times what was proposed and what was put in place was very much available to us to see with our own eyes thanks to their live camera equipment. We believe that the cause of our issue has been determined and a permanent solution put in place. We would - without a second's hesitation - highly recommend U C Em Facilities, Steve and his wife.
